ITINERARY:

DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL  

Our driver will pick you up at airport and transfer to hotel. Stay overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR (BREAKFAST/ LUNCH/-) – NIGHT TRAIN TO LAO CAI

At 8:30 am we will pick up at your hotel then visit Ho Chi Minh Complex ( Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, HCMC museum, House on stilts, Presidential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda). Continue to visit the Quan Thanh Temple and Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West lake. Lunch.

PM: After lunch proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum, continue to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam. Vietnam"s first university constructed in 1070, it"s gardens and well-preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam"s past and Hoa Lo prison. Walking around the Hoan Kiem lake to visit Ngoc Son temple. Take a Water Puppet Show before getting back to hotel. Free and easy until 08:30 Pm, we will transfer you to train station, take the night train to Lao Cai.

DAY 3: Y LINH HO – LAO CHAI – TA VAN (BREAKFAST/ LUNCH/ DINNER)

Our staff will pick you up from train station then we will go to Sapa by bus after take shower,have breakfast,around 8:30am the guide takes you to the villages of the H’mong and Dzay called Lao Chai and Ta Van. Have lunch on the way or in a family of the ethnic people.overnight at Ta Van.(today we will trekking around 12km).

DAY 4: GIANG TA CHAI – SU PAN (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/-)– AFTERNOON BUS TO HANOI

After having breakfast in the village homestay, you will begin your trek to Dzang Ta Chai of the Red Dzao tribe. You can experience the difference between the way of life of the different tribespeople. You will have lunch in the village before you continue your trek through the amazing scenery and to the beautiful waterfall. At around 2PM you will be picked up from the main road to take a ride back to the Sapa,take the afternoon bus at 15:00, back to Hanoi. Arrival in Hanoi at 21:30, stay overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 5: HANOI – HALONG BAY (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER)

07:30 – 08:30:  Our tour guide and bus pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter.

08:30:  Departure to Halong Bay for 3.5 Hours.

10:00: Arrive in Hai Duong province, and have 20 minute short break.

12:00: Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor, 12:15 Welcome to Rosa Cruise and enjoy Welcome drink, Enjoy welcome drink get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin.

12:30: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.

15:00:  You at  Tung Gau Area. The airy and fresh air, cool breezes, blue sea and sky, and natural seascape will captivate any visitors setting foot here. Especially, Tung Gau of Lan Ha Bay is extremely suitable for enjoying kayaking and swiming and then Visiting Halong Pearl Farm Village

17.30: Come back to our Rosa Cruise and relax.

19:30: Time for dinner enjoying special food on the cruise.

21:00: Evening entertainments: play game on the cruise: cards game, chess, karaoke, squid fishing, and overnight on the Rosa Cruise.

DAY 6: HALONG BAY – HANOI (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/-) – FLY TO DANANG

06.30: Early morning sun risers can enjoy Tai Chi lesson on sundeck.

07.00: Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast.

08:00:  Arriving Sung Sot Cave (Amazing Cave) and joining with guide to visiting and explore the cave

10:00:  Check-out and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay. Join cooking class guided directly by Chef of Rosa Halong Cruise. You have chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam.

11:00:  Enjoy the lunch on cruise.

12:00: Rosa Cruise are landing Halong Bay harbor, tourist say goodbye to sailors and finish the cruise.

17:00: Arrive in Hanoi. We will transfer you to airport fly to Danang. Another driver will pick you up at airport, transfer to Hoi An. Stay overnight in Hoi An.

DAY 7: HOI AN – MARBLE MOUNTAIN (BREAKFAST/ LUNCH/-)

8:00 am: we visit Hoi An town: the Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda, Phung Hung old house, Quang Dong Assembly Hall. Then have lunch, after lunch, we go to visit Marble Mountain. Climb up the stone stairs and enjoy the panoramic view of the nearby countryside, and visit caves , pagodas.Get down the mountains in another direction to visit the stone village in here, where the local skilled sculptors create many Marble products, which are exported to countries worldwide. Stay overnight in Hoi An.

DAY 8: RICE PLANTING AND FISHING TOUR (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/-)

Picking you up at hotel by mini- van, we will bring you over the countryside where bike are available to ride .You start the day by cycling to the local farmer in Cam Thanh Ecological village. Here you are greeted by a local host and then you join with them how to grow wet rice with their family.

Starting farming work like plough and raking with buffalo, riding water buffalo, learning how to transplant rice, flooding farm, grinding rice, pounding rice.

After then, our guide and van will bring down to a local fishing village . You will be boarded on boat . Joining to go fishing with local fishermen at Phuoc Hai local fishing boat to experience local cast net CHAI. Continue to visit water coconut palm jungle, enjoying the basket boat and visiting the water coconut palm forest. Learn how to learn origami such as grasshoppers, flowers, rings, caps, bracelets toys made from water coconut leaves..., Jungle walk and join for a mock battle with mud attack for fun. and afterthen boarding back boat, our Captain Cook will cook for your lunch and cold beer or soft drink we will bring you back to hotel. Stay overnight in Hoi An.

DAY 9: HOI AN COOKING CLASS – FLY TO HO CHI MINH CITY (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/-)

09:00 Am, a trip to the market to purchase some fresh, locally grown herbs. Then, we board our river boat for a relaxing 30 minute ride to Thuan Tinh Island, which is recognized by Hoi An as an official ecological zone.

To visit the Local Village, we take a row boat ride through the water coconut trees. We then walk through the gardens to visit Ms.Hoa's house to meet her family and snack on grilled rice cakes and iced tea. From there, we head back to our open-air cooking class overlooking the water coconut trees and river. Our chefs will show you how to make Vietnamese food while you enjoy the cool breeze and peaceful setting.

Our chefs have prepared a 4 course cooking class of traditional Vietnamese dishes. They will demonstrate how to prepare them, and then it's your turn-you prepare your own tasty Vietnamese lunch!! We start with a homemade Passion fruit Juice soda to whet your appetite.

Around at 2 Pm: finish and we will transfer you to airport, fly to Ho Chi Minh City. Another driver will pick you up at airport and transfer to hotel. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH CITY – CU CHI TUNNELS (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/-)

08:30 am we will start city tour to visit War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, followed by exploring Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office.

We will have lunch before go to Cu Chi to explore the amazing site where Viet Cong hid during the War. It is now a popular spot for both Vietnamese & foreign tourists - the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. There is plenty of evidence of the fierce battle that took place here during the 1960s when Cu Chi was a "Free Target Zone". Visitors can watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed before entering the tunnels. Spend the next hour exploring the tunnels. Afterwards, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla’s food in war time). Return to hotel. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 11: MEKONG DELTA FULL DAY (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/-) – FLY TO SIEM REAP

8:00 am: Enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields.

On arrived at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by locals.

Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Meet the bus and return to HCMC. This trip provides a fascinating insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta and you are guaranteed to take home your own private collection of beautiful memories. Then we transfer you to airport, fly to Siem Reap. Another driver will pick you up at airport, transfer to hotel. Stay overnight in Siem Reap.

DAY 12: SIEM REAP (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/-)

After breakfast, Breakfast at hotel. Visit Angkor Thom, the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple, built from the late 12th century to the early 13th century by King Jayavarman VII and consists of 54 towers, the Royal Enclosure, the Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King, then visit Ta Prohm, surrounded by jungle. Visit Angkor Wat, the largest temples in world and covers an area of 200 hectares and surrounded by moat and an exterior wall measuring 1300 meters x 1500 meters. Early this evening, we will take the Tuk Tuk (the most common taxi in Cambodia) to cruise around the Siem Reap and town and and for a blessing ceremony by Buddhist monks for happiness, prosperity and safety for your journey. Overnight at the hotel in Siem Reap.

DAY 13: SIEM REAP (BREAKFAST/ LUNCH/-)

Breakfast at the hotel - We visit Kulen Mountain, Swim at waterfall, the Khmer Empire’s capital in the early 9th century. Here we will visit countless ancient temples, the River of 1000 Lingas, a reclining Buddha and cascading waterfall. Swim at waterfall. One the way back, the intricately carved and well preserved temple of Banteay Srei. Along the way we make stopover at the Preah Dark village and we follow these with a visit the Banteay Samre Temple adorned with impressive relief’s depicting scenes of Vishunu as well as Krishna legends. Overnight at the hotel in Siem Reap.

DAY 14: SIEM REAP DEPARTURE (BREAKFAST/-/-)

Our driver will pick you up at hotel and transfer to airport. Fly home. Tour ends.
