Day 1: Ha Noi – Ha Long ( L, D)

08:00- 08:30 Pick up from the Old Quarter Hanoi

12:15 – 12:30  Arrive to dock number 26 Tuan Chau Harbour.

12:30 - 13:00   : Get transferred to Oasis cruise by tender, enjoy our welcome drink then check in in your cabin.

13:15 – 14:15  Have lunch at the cruise dinning area.

15:30 – 17:30  : The cruise will bring you to the most traquil area of Halong Bay, getting away from the crowd where you can do somesault, backflip, kayak or take a dive. To top off, we also have a giant trampoline and jacuzzi arranged around the cruise.

17:30 - 18:45   It is time for the Sunset party where you can buy 02 get 01 drink for free during Happy Hours.

19:00 – 20:30  Enjoy delicious food prepared by the best Chef in Ha Long Bay at the cruise dining area.

21:00 onward Join Oasis cruise night-life activities such as dancing, playing games, or enjoying your drinks in the jacuzzi.

Day 2: Ha Long bay – Ha Noi ( B, L)

06:45 – 8:00    Rise and shine. Do not miss out on the Halong magnificent dawn in the middle of the Bay while having a delicious breakfast.

8:40 – 9:20 Check out and settle your bill.

10:00 - 10:30   Learn how to make traditional Vietnamese springrolls in a hands-on cooking class led by our master chef.

10:30 – 11:30  Have brunch at the Cruise dining area.

11:30 – 11:45  Arrive to dock number 26 Tuan Chau.

12:15 – 12:30  Bus pick up from dock number 26 Tuan Chau

16:00 – 17:00  Arrive in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Day 2: Ha Long – Lan Ha – Freedom Island ( B, L, D)

06:45 – 8:00  Rise and shine. Do not miss out on the Halong magnificent dawn and enjoy our delicious breakfast.

8:40 – 9:20 Check out and settle your bill.

9:30  Get on our transfer boat to start your next trip to our private island.

12:00 – 12:30 Arrives private Freedom Island. Have lunch

13:00 – 13:30 Check in your room.

15:00 – 16:00 Free time to explore the island. You can play volleyball on the beach, swim in our private beach and play billiards in the waiting lounge area. To top it off, join the mountain trekking to the top of the island and enjoy the most beautiful and majestic sea view on the Island (please ask the tour guide for the instructions). Please bring sports shoes/ climbing shoes and mosquito spray.

16:00 – 17:00  Enjoy Sunset party with fresh fruits and juice prepared by our staff.

19:00 – 20:30 Have BBQ dinner in our open area by the beach.

From 21:00 onwards  Enjoy the rest of the night with your friends

Day 3: Freedom island  - Ha Noi (B,L)

07:00 – 08:30 Have breakfast in our dining area.

9:30 – 10:00  Check out and settle your bill.

11:30 – 11:45 Get on our transfer boat and move back to Tran Chau harbor.

12:30 – 12:45 Get picked up by our bus from Tran Chau harbor to Got ferry station. From Got Ferry station, you will travel to the other side, and got picked up by our bus and head back to Hanoi Old Quarter. (Due to heavy traffic in this area, you may need to wait for the bus for about 1 hour).

16:00 – 17:00 Arrive in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Children policies:

• A group with 2 adults and 1 child: the child under 5 years old is FOC, sharing a bed with parents.
• A group with 2 adults & children: One child under 5 years old is FOC, the other children under 5 years old are charged at 75% based on adult rate, sharing a bed with parents.
• Children from 5 to under 9 years old are charged at 75% based on adult rate, sharing a bed with parents.
• Children from 9 years old are charged at 100% based on adult rates, sharing a bed with parents. 100% adult ticket will be charged for 2nd child

Notes:

Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.
In case of bad weather (the boat is not allowed to push off or not allowed to overnight in the sea), please choose the below options:

• 1- Staying at the hotel (first night in Halong bay - 4* standard) - Tour cost is not changed. (hotel expense will be covered by the organizing company).
• 2- Back to Hanoi on the first day - Tour cost is charged as one of Halong bay one day trip. In case guests require shuttle bus, please note that pick up time will be around 7.45am to 8.30am. After 8.30am, guests are advised to arrange their own car to Halong bay
• Our boarding time is between 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm at NO.26 TUAN CHAU PORT, TUAN CHAU ISLAND. After 12:45 pm, guests are considered as No-show and pay 100% penalty tour charge
• Kindly provide us full guest’s passport information at least 02 days before cruise departure. Any cases of late or wrong information provided may lead to the delay or even the rejection of the guest check-in
• Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international… Guests should advise of vegetarian or allergic foods at least one (1) day prior to the cruise date. Alternity foods will be prepared
• All rates are in US$ per person.
• Tourists should bring sneakers, lotion, shadow glasses, swimsuits, hats throughout the cruise Halong bay Tours package to ensure your health. Special visitors should be followed by the tour guide's arrangement and rules of the landscape.
